I’m solution architect @abtis focusing on delivering communication and collaboration services. My goal is to enable companies and their users for a modern and digital workplace. To do so I focus on Microsoft Teams and (still) Skype for Business (Server) depending on the requirements. I’ve been working in several areas and topics in IT for more than 12 years by now.
My key area of expertise is the communication and collaboration space with Microsoft Teams and related tech. Moreover, I’m Microsoft Certified Teamwork Administrator, Service Adoption Specialist , Azure Administrator Associate, Solutions Expert (MCSE) Productivity, Solutions Expert (MCSE) Communication, Barracuda Essentials for Office 365 Certified Product Specialist and TOGAF 9 Certified, etc.
Typcial projects usually include the following technologies: Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online, Skype for Business, Audiocodes, SIP Trunking, All-IP.
Besides projects I support with presales activities, hold workshops, manage projects, develop concepts, implement solutions and services, migrate to a target architecture, troubleshoot issues (2rd level support) and service operation optimization.
