Beim Troubleshooting von Lync ist es hilfreich zu sehen, wann welche Schritte für die Verbindung zum Lync Server ausgeführt werden und woran beispielsweise der Login von Usern scheitern kann. Dazu gibt es ein kleines und hilfreiches Tool namens Lync Connectivity Analyzer. Mit dem Tool wird im Prinzip ein Login / Verbindungsaufbau zum Lync Server vom Unternehmensnetzwerk oder von außerhalb aufgebaut. Das gute sind die Details zum Verbindungsaufbau, welche Administratoren helfen besser und schneller erkennen zu können, woran es liegen kann, dass User sich nicht einloggen können.
