Microsoft Teams can be used with Apple CarPlay and is soon getting some handy improvements which are for those of you who use the Microsoft Teams app on iOS and having a car which supports Apple CarPlay.
Recently, the rollout for Teams meetings join from the calendar view started. See Feature ID 114306
Later this year, July 2023, the rollout of Teams speed dial should start. This also should allow you the switch (back) to your recent calls on Microsoft Teams. See feature ID 125556
