Call history for delegates and delegators in Microsoft Teams

In April 2024 Microsoft plans to roll out an handy update for the call history for call delegations. Teams Calling users relying on call delegation get a shared call history feature enabling both, delegate as well as delegator to view calls for a shared line.

Conclusion, opinion and summary

Finally this allows Call Delegation users to share a common call history for a line. This will enhance collaboration and communication within call delegation scenarios. Delegates and delegators will have a improved calling (history) experience and fostering better communication. 🙌📞👥
