In this post I like to highlight that there is a custom background gallery for Microsoft Teams available. The page is hosted by Microsoft and offering background pictures for Teams video calls and meetings. These custom background pictures can be downloaded and added as personal video background effect.

Are you now wondering if there is a way to provide and enforce org-wide custom backgrounds in Microsoft Teams?Well, not yet general available and not without the Advanced Communication license (addon license). Based on the recent Microsoft 365 roadmap feature ID 80193: It states that org-wide backgrounds are in preview and the preview was launched in June 2021.
