This year‘s Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) by Gartner was released and is available. Gartner’s evaluation and study is vendor agnostic and servers the purpose to provide insights on the current market.
The following UCaaS platform core capabilities should be included and are evaluated:
- telephony
- meetings
- messaging
- mobility
- contact center
What’s Microsoft’s position in the Magic Quadrant for UCaaS 2022?
Microsoft was recoginzed as a leader and reached the highest position on the ability to execute and furthest on the completeness of vision axis. In other words, the best ranking.
